Tamber is a mostly self-taught, multi-disciplinary, multi-role, etc., etc., technician; with novice-level in a range of unrelated skills that occasionally come in handy for various projects, such as welding, little bits of metalworking, and a teeny tiny bit of blacksmithing.
Tamber is also a Level 2 qualified light-vehicle mechanic; with random bits of occasionally arcane knowledge that go beyond anything the qualification covers.
Tamber, who -- obnoxiously commonly -- refers to eirself in third-person gender-neutral, is also the lead (read: only) developer of a small group of projects that are generally little use to anyone.
